Complex stabilizer for PVC double skin foam pipe (foam layer)
1. Ingredient
TLS, DBL, Pb-ST, Ca-ST, processing aid, Blowing agent, etc.
2. Characteristics
1) Exclude normal lubricant that has no miscibility - great amount of heat stabilizer added to prevent thermal decomposition caused by foaming gas.
2) Can prevent bubble defect during process due to improved dispersion of blowing agent - can produce uniform products.
